A home garden has become quite popular. This month is a perfect time, in most time zones, to start getting those plants in the ground. This activity is one the whole family can participate in. Allow the boys and girls to have a row that belongs to “them.” What a great way to save on the grocery bill! Gowing fruits and veggies also teaches children about work ethic and how the foods they eat actually make it to the dining table. From seed to harvest, a garden blesses the whole family.
